1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KEK.PRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to every visitor, user, wallet connection, and transaction routed through the Service. KEK.PRO may revise these Terms at any time; continued use after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and KEK.PRO. You acknowledge that you must read these Terms carefully and that you are responsible for telling us if you do not understand something.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract and to interact with digital assets. The Service is not directed at, and you must not use it from, any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.
You must not access or use the Service from any country subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions, or any other jurisdiction designated as restricted by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.
You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, including those governing securities, commodities, taxation, anti-money-laundering, and money transmission.
3. Self-Custodial Wallets
KEK.PRO is non-custodial. You retain full control of your private keys, seed phrase, and signed transactions at all times. KEK.PRO never holds, transmits, or has access to your funds.
You are responsible for the security of your wallet and any device you use to access it. KEK.PRO cannot recover lost keys, reverse signed transactions, or unwind on-chain activity.
KEK.PRO has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the operation, features, or security of any Arc-compatible EVM wallet provider you choose to connect (including MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, or another supported provider). Your relationship with your wallet provider is governed by their own terms.
4. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on KEK.PRO is investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens listed, launched, or traded through the Service may carry total loss of value, low liquidity, or other risks not visible from the Service interface.
Charts and discovery surfaces are computed from on-chain signals and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees of future performance.
KEK.PRO is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and has no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether any token is appropriate for you to acquire, transact in, or otherwise use based on your personal investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
5. Acknowledgement of Risk
Smart contracts, bonding curves, and AMM liquidity pools may behave unexpectedly under adversarial conditions. Network congestion, chain reorganizations, oracle drift, validator outages, MEV, and protocol upgrades can each cause unintended outcomes.
You acknowledge that smart-contract transactions automatically execute and settle, that blockchain-based systems are variable, and that transaction speeds and fees may change dramatically at any time.
You agree that you have evaluated these risks independently and that you accept them in full when you sign any transaction routed through the Service.
6. Fees, Creator Fees & Calculations
Fees applicable to your use of the Service are displayed in the relevant interface before you confirm a transaction. Network fees are paid through the Arc network, not to KEK.PRO, and are subject to network conditions outside our control.
Where the Service displays an estimated breakdown of creator fees, protocol fees, slippage, or any other transaction fee, the actual fee applied is determined by the underlying smart contracts and may differ from the estimate (for example due to slippage, network congestion, or rounding). KEK.PRO does not guarantee that any displayed estimate will match the executed value.
Tokens launched through the Service may include "Creator Fees" routed to one or more wallet addresses configured by the token creator or specified by the applicable smart contract. KEK.PRO does not control how Creator Fees are ultimately used, distributed, or shared between creators, team members, promoters, referrers, or other third parties. Any such arrangements are between you and those third parties.
KEK.PRO’s calculations of fees in connection with your use of the Service are final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
7. Submission of Instructions
Instructions are transactions or commands you initiate through the Service. You must ensure that any Instruction is complete and accurate. KEK.PRO is not required to verify the accuracy, authenticity, or validity of any Instruction and will not monitor or reject Instructions on the basis that they appear to be duplicates.
You acknowledge that Instructions are irrevocable once broadcast: once a transaction has been signed and submitted to the Arc network, you have no right to unilaterally rescind or withdraw it. KEK.PRO’s record of Instructions routed through the Service is conclusive and binding for all purposes in the absence of manifest error.
If you have insufficient balance in your wallet to cover an Instruction (including network fees and slippage), KEK.PRO and the underlying network may refuse to execute the Instruction. It is your responsibility to hold sufficient assets in your wallet.
8. Transaction Limits & Material Interests
Your activity on the Service may be subject to limits that KEK.PRO determines from time to time at its sole discretion, including rate-limits, anti-abuse caps, and feature-level restrictions.
KEK.PRO and persons associated with it may from time to time hold, trade, or interact with tokens that appear on the Service. KEK.PRO is under no obligation to disclose any of its own transactions on the Service. We maintain reasonable arrangements to identify and manage conflicts of interest, but no fiduciary relationship arises from your use of the Service.
9. Records, Data Retention & Privacy
KEK.PRO may collect, use, store, retain, and disclose operational data relating to your access to and use of the Service for the purposes of providing the Service, maintaining platform security, preventing fraud and market abuse, complying with applicable law, enforcing these Terms, resolving disputes, and satisfying recordkeeping obligations.
KEK.PRO retains such information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil those purposes, including any period required by applicable law or legitimate business needs.
Our collection and use of personal data, the categories of data processed, and your rights are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Security & Permitted Users
You are responsible for taking appropriate action to protect your hardware, network, and data from viruses, malware, phishing, spoofing, and unauthorised access. KEK.PRO is not liable for loss arising from your failure to do so.
At all times, you and anyone you permit to access the Service using your wallet ("Permitted Users") must maintain adequate security and control of the credentials used to access the Service. Never share your seed phrase, private keys, or transaction-signing approvals with anyone. KEK.PRO will never ask you to share these.
A "Security Breach" includes any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your wallet, recovery credentials, connected social login, device, or session, and any impersonation, social engineering, or deceptive communication that may affect your access to the Service. If you suspect a Security Breach, you must take immediate protective steps and notify KEK.PRO using the contact in Section 23.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of applicable law; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload the Service; (c) impersonate another wallet, user, or entity; (d) launch tokens whose names, tickers, or metadata infringe third-party rights or constitute fraud, securities offerings, or unlawful gambling; (e) use the Service to facilitate sanctions evasion, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
You further agree not to: (f) use deep linking, web crawlers, bots, spiders, or any automated devices, programs, scripts, or algorithms to access or scrape the Service in any manner not purposely provided; (g) probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of, or violate any security or authentication measures on, the Service or any connected network; (h) impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Service’s infrastructure; (i) use VPNs, proxies, geolocation spoofing, burner identities, or other technical means to evade jurisdictional, sanctions, fraud, or platform-integrity controls.
You further agree not to: (j) engage in any conduct — on-platform or off-platform, manual or automated — reasonably intended to manipulate, misrepresent, or artificially affect the market for any token created, traded, promoted, or discussed through the Service (including wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated voice or livestream abuse, and linked-wallet activity); (k) create, distribute, or use deceptive synthetic media — including AI-generated voice, video, images, avatars, or likenesses — to falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, authorship, or governance authority over any token; (l) use the Service or any token in connection with any capital raise, pooled investment scheme, profit-sharing arrangement, revenue-participation right, or any other activity intended to represent an ownership, creditor, or investment interest in an ongoing business or enterprise.
12. Third-Party Data, RPCs & Indexers
The Service may display, aggregate, or otherwise make available data, prices, charts, analytics, or other materials obtained from third-party sources ("Third-Party Data"), including Arc-compatible EVM RPC endpoints, blockchain indexers, IPFS metadata gateways, and market-data providers.
You acknowledge that Third-Party Data is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unreliable; that KEK.PRO does not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Third-Party Data; that reliance on any Third-Party Data is at your sole risk; and that KEK.PRO shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Third-Party Data.
Third-Party Data may change without notice and may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant providers. Links to third-party websites are provided as a convenience and are not controlled by KEK.PRO.
13. Intellectual Property & Licenses
The Service’s frontend, branding, trademarks, copy, and visual identity (collectively, "KEK.PRO IP") are the property of KEK.PRO and its licensors. KEK.PRO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for non-commercial personal use in accordance with these Terms. You obtain no other rights in KEK.PRO IP.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, rent, lease, or create derivative works of KEK.PRO IP without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Content you submit through the Service (including token names, tickers, descriptions, and images) remains yours. You grant KEK.PRO a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, display, distribute, and reproduce that content within the Service and for the purpose of operating, securing, and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third party’s rights.
14. Representations & Warranties
You represent and warrant that, at all times you access or use the Service: (a) all decisions you make in connection with these Terms are made solely on your own judgement; (b) you have full power, authority, and capacity to access the Service and to enter into and perform these Terms; (c) where you participate in user-generated tokens, you have independently assessed those tokens and are using no more of your financial resources than is prudent and reasonable; (d) all consents and registrations required for your use of the Service have been lawfully obtained; (e) you have the rights necessary to use any content you submit; (f) your access to and use of the Service does not breach any agreement, instrument, or applicable law to which you are subject.
15. No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
KEK.PRO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, free from harmful components, or compatible with any particular hardware or device. Delays, service interruptions, and time-sensitive transaction failures may occur.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KEK.PRO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contributors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your violation of the rights (intellectual property or otherwise) of any third party.
You also release KEK.PRO from any claims or demands arising directly or indirectly out of any dispute you have with another user or any third party in connection with the Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KEK.PRO and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, opportunities, or digital assets, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, KEK.PRO shall not be liable for: (i) the operation of any blockchain protocol or smart contract underlying any token, its functionality, security, or availability; (ii) any inaccuracy, defect, omission, error, or delay in price data, chart data, or other Third-Party Data; (iii) regular or unscheduled maintenance and any resulting service interruption; (iv) theft of, or unauthorised access to, any device or credential used to access the Service; (v) any other user’s actions, omissions, or breach of these Terms; (vi) any damage or interruption caused by viruses, spyware, malware, phishing, spoofing, or any similar attack; (vii) any failure of your hardware or any corruption or loss of records stored on it; (viii) any termination, suspension, or restriction of access to the Service; (ix) the failure of any transaction or the time required to complete it; (x) any refusal or delay by KEK.PRO in acting on any Instruction; (xi) any breach of security affecting your wallet, email, social accounts, or hardware; (xii) third-party fraud or scams that involve the Service; (xiii) any newly available user-generated token; (xiv) any reliance on Third-Party Data or any inaccuracy, omission, or delay therein.
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to KEK.PRO for the transaction giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). You agree that monetary damages are an adequate remedy and that you are not entitled to injunctive or equitable relief.
Any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be commenced by formal legal action within one calendar year of the matter giving rise to the claim, except where a shorter period is required by applicable law.
18. Termination, Suspension & Restrictions
KEK.PRO may at any time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any portion or feature of the Service. In particular, KEK.PRO may: (i) refuse to complete, block, cancel, or (where permitted by law) reverse any action you have undertaken; (ii) terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to any or all of the Service; (iii) refuse to transmit information or Instructions to third parties (including wallet operators and RPC providers); and (iv) take any action it considers necessary, in each case with immediate effect.
Grounds for such action include, without limitation: (a) you are not, or are no longer, eligible to use the Service; (b) KEK.PRO reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, sanctioned, or otherwise unlawful use; (c) KEK.PRO is required to act by applicable law or by any court or authority; (d) your usage is subject to pending or threatened litigation or regulatory proceedings; (e) you have circumvented or attempted to circumvent KEK.PRO’s controls; (f) any other valid reason which means KEK.PRO needs to act.
KEK.PRO is under no obligation to disclose the criteria underlying any such decision. Where access is restricted, you remain responsible for any open Instructions and for any fees or costs owed.
19. Changes to the Service & to These Terms
KEK.PRO may add, remove, or modify features at any time without notice. Discontinuation of any individual feature does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
KEK.PRO may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where material, communicated through the Service or via the project’s public channels. Continued access to or use of the Service after a change is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms or any future modified Terms, you must cease use of the Service.
20. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, a body of law to be agreed in writing between you and KEK.PRO. In the absence of such agreement, these Terms shall be governed by the law of a neutral jurisdiction to be determined consistent with the parties’ reasonable expectations and the location of KEK.PRO’s operations.
Except for disputes where KEK.PRO seeks injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property, you and KEK.PRO agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (each, a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration before a single arbitrator with relevant experience. The seat, rules, and language of arbitration will be those of a neutral arbitral institution to be agreed; in the absence of agreement, English shall be the language of the proceedings. Arbitration is private and confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
You and KEK.PRO must first attempt to resolve any Dispute through good-faith informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days after written notice of the Dispute.
YOU AND KEK.PRO EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OF ANY KIND. All Disputes must be brought individually. If twenty-five (25) or more substantially similar claims are filed by or on behalf of users represented by the same or coordinated counsel, a batching procedure may apply: selected test cases proceed first, followed by mediation, with remaining claims resolved in batches.
If any part of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Section continues to apply. These arbitration provisions survive termination of these Terms.
21. General
Notices: KEK.PRO may give notice to you electronically, including through the Service, via messaging applications, or via the project’s public channels. You must provide notice to KEK.PRO using the contact in Section 23.
Entire agreement: these Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any documents referenced in them) constitute the whole agreement between you and KEK.PRO and supersede any prior understanding.
Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without KEK.PRO’s prior written consent. KEK.PRO may assign its rights freely.
Severability: if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full force and effect.
No waiver: no delay or omission by KEK.PRO in enforcing any right is a waiver of that right or of any future enforcement.
No partnership: nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and KEK.PRO.
Force majeure: KEK.PRO is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disasters, strikes, network outages, validator outages, or chain reorganizations.
Survival: provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including the sections on intellectual property, indemnity, liability, and dispute resolution.
Taxes: you are solely responsible for determining and paying all taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
Translation: if these Terms are translated into any language other than English, the English version prevails in the event of conflict.
